@johnrk I should be able to demo this, but I think this is already in the operator. We need more testing around this feature, but I think it already is working. To be clear a minor version upgrade is working.

Only bare minimum was implemented for the MVP. What may be missing:
- Verify that you can upgrade (probably useful)
- Prepare to upgrade (no checks are done, beside the reliance on the health of StatefulSet. Regarding the under replicated ranges, in our last talks with DB engineers, it was not considered as a good representation as the cluster health)
- Finish the upgrade (this is a hard question whenever the operator has to finalize the upgrade. My current opinion is that unless it has a visibility into DB client health, it is a human who should do this change).
