We've seen this issue once before about a month ago (it got lost in some noise): #123140 (comment)
I was unable to get a failure by stressing this locally. The last time there were errors like these it was because the schema cache was reused across tests, and the solution was to clear it. This failure comes from TestAvroWithRegionalTable which was only added in Feb and doesn't clear the cache. I'm going to try clearing the cache to close this issue and see if it happens again after that. Not a release blocker.
