Enable execution of all coroutines decorated with "test" about cocotb HOT 2 CLOSED

I'm working on this now

from cocotb.

This now fails in the comb_seq example

make -C examples/comb_seq

fails with

ERROR: called callback function returned NULL

AttributeError: 'Scheduler' object has no attribute '_startpoint'
Failed to execute callback

the fix is to add a hasattr(_startpoint) test in scheduler.py
