logic for logs should just be the inverse of the logic for the cars, i.e. if the frog is NOT colliding with the log, then the game is over.

logic for keeping the frog with the log is working. moat is not yet a game over state. logs are currently moving from the left to right on the canvas. in the future, every other log should change direction across the x-axis.
