In the handling-args branch I tried to keep all the views separates, so instead of esgf_dataset there's
cmip5_dataset and cmip6_dataset.
And similarly for the metadata views.
I've also changed local and missing to handle args differently, until i've actually chnaged the view local and missing were working at least for cmip5. Now postgres is not recognising them, I hope this means I didn't have permissions to create/define new views
