Grouped Drop Downs not working in IE8 about concise.css HOT 5 CLOSED

I figured it out, its due to you using opacity to show and hide the menu, its not supported by IE8.

Oh that makes sense. Huh, I wonder if there is a pure CSS way to go about fixing that. I'll check that out, thank you so much for looking into it.

This is my workaround, but I would probably opt for you using display: none and display: block (or whatever works)

.dropdown .dropdown-menu {
    -ms-filter: "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Alpha(Opacity=0)";   
    filter: alpha(opacity=0);
}
.dropdown.dropdown-active .dropdown-menu {
    -ms-filter: "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Alpha(Opacity=100)";
    filter: alpha(opacity=100);
}

On _dropdowns.scss include @import "compass"; and replace opacity with @include opacity(0) and @include opacity(1) for better cross-browser opacity.
