list connectors behaviour about confluent-cli HOT 2 OPEN

Currently list command has a static/offline nature.
What you are looking for has been defined as a subcommand of status.

It made more sense, at least up to now, to define runtime information under status and static information under list. Thus,

• confluent list lists the available services,
• confluent list connectors lists the predefined configs, `
• confluent status returns the current status of the services (UP or DOWN),
• confluent status connectors returns a list with the currently loaded connectors

Additionally there's confluent list plugins to get the available plugins for loading (also static info).

OK makes sense. How about adding a footer to the stdout from list connectors so that instead of

> ./bin/confluent list connectors
Bundled Predefined Connectors (edit configuration under etc/):
  elasticsearch-sink
  file-source
  file-sink

  hdfs-sink
  s3-sink

It would be

> ./bin/confluent list connectors

To see currently loaded connectors, run confluent status connectors

This then makes it clear what is (and isn't) shown, and also helps the user with the command syntax straight out.
