This is intentional, and would like to fix the problems, we need to know what zstd:chunked is breaking, although I am surprised that failures of a package in Rawhide is causing breakage in common tests.

This change is not in containers.conf currently only in Rawhide package.

OK, so where do I report this? I humbly suggest that this needs to be fixed PDQ. Sample failure logs: int root, sys root.

@rhatdan I think we need to first open test PRs against Podman/Buildah and c/common changing the defaults to zstd and fix the breaking tests in a way that they pass both with zstd and gzip.
