Provide AppImage release about qomui HOT 2 CLOSED

I've been thinking about AppImage and Flatpak. However, Qomui requires root privileges to run OpenVPN and modify iptables among other things. This is mostly incompatible with app containers / sandboxed apps to my knowledge and defeats their purpose. Furthermore, to enhance security Qomui is designed to separate function calls that require root privileges and the gui by using communication with a background service via DBUS.

In a nutshell, while AppImage and Flatpak are great for many applications, it is unfortunately not a viable option for Qomui,

AppImage doesn't use sandboxing so this doesn't interfere with root privileges fortunately. It's intended to be used with optional 3rd-party sandboxing like Firejail. Flatpak on the other hand uses built-in SELinux for sandboxing. So that means you can still utilise all of AppImage's benefits.
