Are you using a custom Arch installation without systemd? Then the start/enable options don't work and you have to start the service manually (or integrate it with your init system).
If you are using systemd: Try starting the service and check the status with "systemctl status qomui". What's the output?
Since you are using Azire: Are you using WireGuard or OpenVPN? There is an issue with custom WireGuard configs that affects the latest version of Qomui. Either revert to an older version or wait for the next update.

The issue with manually imported WireGuard configs has been fixed in the latest release.
