Separate from the issue with branches being broken above, I have a question about how to get the second page of results for something like tags. It seems like the tags() call will only ever return the first page of results. How are subsequent pages queried?
Also, what's the best way to contact the maintainers of this project? I tried to email [email protected], but that email address is no longer working. Also, the risingoak.com site appears to not work.

Looks like a bug. tags()
only returns the first page:
return self._client.get(self.url('/tags'), params=params)
Comparing to branches()
, that properly returns an iterator that paginates:
return self.paginate('/branches', params=params)
This should be an easy fix.

just change it to
return self._client.paginate(self.url('/tags'), params=params)
