Replace novels to increase variety about eltec-fra HOT 5 CLOSED

This has been partially fixed. There are 11 authors with 3 novels (which is fine). And there are a number of authors with 2 novels (debatable) as well as a number of authors with just 1 novel (perfect). To be continued. Especially for authors represented by two rather similar novels, this should be fixed.

Preference: T2, 1860-1779 (2 too many anyways):

• Erckmann (both T2)
• Gaboriau (both T2, same genre)

• 11 authors with three novels
• 16 authors with two novels
• 34 authors with one novel,
  for a total of 62 different authors for all 100 novels.

I close this for now, as I believe it is ok this way, knowing that we may come back to this later to further optimize by reducing the number of authors represented with 2 novels.
