Hi, thanks for reporting! I raised a PR for this.
There’s been a lot of movement around the List/DocumentList plugins in the last two major versions of the CKEditor. You can find a bit more info about that in the PR. Long story short, your CKEditor fields should still work despite those warnings, but once the PR is merged, the warnings should go away.

CKEditor 3.8.0 is out now, which fixes these JavaScript warnings (via #171).
