While PR #32 allows the user to extract data from a DSK file and save it to a CAS file, it's missing two things. First, we need to be able to do this for any file type, not just Binary file types. This means not attempting to read the Preamble and Postamble for text files, basic files, etc. Second, we need to be able to supply a single target CAS file to extract the disk files to.
