You have to set up support for flash fallback manually, as is done in the testSuite demo.
This is the code to set up flash support:
createjs.FlashPlugin.BASE_PATH = "../src/soundjs/" // Initialize the base path from this document to the Flash Plugin
createjs.SoundJS.registerPlugins([createjs.HTMLAudioPlugin, createjs.FlashPlugin]); // register the plugins you might use
preload = new createjs.PreloadJS(); // PreloadJS is currently needed for SoundJS
