I completely agree with you that accessibility is an important issue that requires greater attention. We can make our websites more accessible by implementing some best practices such as:
Using semantic HTML elements to accurately describe the content they contain, such as
for navigation links, for the header section, for the main content, for individual articles or sections, and for the footer section.Providing clear and meaningful text for links and buttons, avoiding vague terms like "click here" or "read more" that don't provide context.
Adding alt text to images to describe their content or function for users who cannot see them.
Ensuring sufficient color contrast between text and background, with a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
Providing alternative ways to access content, such as captions for videos, transcripts for audio content, and keyboard navigation for users who cannot use a mouse.
Using appropriate heading levels to organize content and provide a clear hierarchy of information.
Using ARIA attributes to provide additional information and context for assistive technology users, such as aria-label to label non-labeled elements, aria-describedby to provide a description of an element, and aria-disabled to indicate when an element is disabled.
I hope these tips help in making our websites more accessible and inclusive for all users, including those with disabilities. Let me know if you have any questions or need further clarification.

@tinniaru3005 You've already made some contributions, do you still want to work on this or would you be open to someone else submitting a PR?

Hey @possumbilities, I am currently working on a PR and am open to collaborating with someone else on this issue. I am willing to assist them in any way necessary, and I am also fine with someone else raising the PR if they choose to do so. :)

In that case, I'd like to work on it.
I'll start off by adding alt text to the images.
