Hello @alewin
Thanks for the interest. I'm not fully sure whether this will be provided as a package or not. The problem with such templates and npm packages is that it's rather hard to customize compared to having it locally installed. We could put it on npm and see how it goes, but there will be the components only.
Also another small issue, is that there are some third party plugins that depend on other dependencies.

@cristijora can a package for components be made and the css and other dependencies be served via CDN or local download? It will really help a lot.
