Sorry, I'm a bit confused by the response and I'd like to use the code, too if possible.

Under which conditions / licence terms can we include your code in a commercial product? I consider the code in this repo your property and don't think MailChimp has a say in this. Of course it's my responsibility as the user of the code to make sure that if conforms with MailChimp/Mandrill's usage policies and conditions (which i'm pretty confident about as they endorse your wrapper here: http://help.mandrill.com/entries/21738166-API-Wrappers). I'm guessing that is what you where referring to in your last reply?

MIT or Apache licencing would be great for us, too.
