Add command examples to "Sandbox and QuickScan" about psfalcon HOT 5 CLOSED

Added examples for uploading, submitting a sample and checking the status of previous submissions.

Added examples for retrieving sandbox reports (both summary and full).

Added examples for downloading artifacts, and created the new command 'Get-FalconSubmissionQuota' to check for Falcon X submission quota information. This command runs 'Get-FalconSubmission', pipes the results to $null and then outputs the 'quota' details that are displayed in the 'meta' response (which are normally surpressed and not displayed to the user).
