The solution for this has to be twofold:

  1. The QuickFix to generate the documentation should use a correct, non-ambiguous reference in the comment
  2. The Validation should be able to cope with any "qualification" of the type name in a given documentation comment, so for an exception type Company.CurrentProject.Module.Exceptions.TheException even if TheException is the shortest non-ambiguous reference, Exceptions.TheException. Module.Exceptions.TheException and so on should be accepted as well.

For (1) I think I have a working, but not nice solution by always using the full name. Currently looking for a way to decide how much is necessary. Or would you prefer to always use the full name?

The other way around (2) I didn't tackle yet.
