Attribute selectors not fully parsed about css-selector-tokenizer HOT 4 OPEN

The ASCII-case-insensitive attribute value flag (e.g. [type=radio i]) also needs to be accounted for.

Here is a RegExp that I've been working on to parse attribute selectors.

$1 - name
$2 - operator (i.e =)
$3 - value
$4 - ASCII-case-insensitive attribute value flag

BUGS

• can work with syntax errors
• when omitting quotes captures everything before whitespace and i as value
