Ah, I see now that if your method uses a create or update then it is included automatically. I had a custom controller method though (subscribe). It might be nice to make a note of it...

As @abreckner already mentioned, I was stepping in the same trap. A small not in the readme, about which actions are handled automatically, would be great.
