ver1.11.0にて 2, 3の対応を行いました。

toFixedですが、これは文字列に変換するらしく、この処理の後に加算処理を入れると文字列連結になる問題がありました。
Math.round, Math.floor, Math.ceilで代替は可能なので、これらを使う方向で検討します。

小数点をどうするかという議題は残っているものの、
当初の一番の問題であったライフ上限：1000依存の問題が解決したため、クローズします。
