Error: SyntaxError: Unexpected token '.' about semantic-release-action HOT 13 CLOSED

@denouche I've fixed my build by using

with:
  semantic_version: 17.3.3

parameter for semantic-release.
So it's not semantic-release-action version, it's semantic-release version that is broken due to broken marked dependency.

This seems to be a problem caused by the previous version of the dependent library marked which has now been resolved.
