Edit: I managed to fix it by instantiating two ctxtmenu instances. So that issue is resolved.
However I got another issue 😄.

Would you make a pull request so that the readme describes the limitations and/or workarounds related to your use case?

What I want is creating a node at the position where I opened the context-menu. However the select: property of a node menu entry does only have the selected element as argument and no info about the context-menus position. So I am unable to place the node at the corresponding position. In my opinion it would make sense to provide this information in case of the core selector, f.e. by also providing the event that caused the context-menu to open (cxttapstart taphold)?

It sounds like you have a good starting point in mind for how to solve this. If you'd like this feature in the library, the fastest way to get it in so that it would suit your use case would be to put together a pull request. When you put that up, make sure to @mention me, and I'll set aside some time to review and merge it
