Change chord subgroup default order? about d3-chord HOT 2 OPEN

I think this is similar to what @nbremer did in the “Creating a better chord ordering” section of Data-based orientations for gradients in a d3.js chord diagram.

(Except the position of the i -> i chords, which Nadieh didn't need.)

Nadieh's relevant code:

My fork:
