Without having too much information (the OS of the different servers), I assume the difference between them is x64 vs x86 and the bug is possibly with the irc_printf() function...

I think this is happening because the rpl_str(RPL_STATSOLINE) format string is using %lu for the flags field (which expects a 64-bit unsigned long on 64-bit systems) but tmp->flags is a 32-bit int (struct Conf_Oper has int flags;)
