Scoring should value a-tags closer to the root higher, found for https://www.vlive.tv/channel/FD53B/board/69 .
Another intersting issue occurs here https://rssproxy-v1.migor.org/?url=https:%2F%2Farxiv.org%2Flist%2Fmath.GN%2Frecent cause the article is actually split into two contexts.
Also CL https://sandiego.craigslist.org/search/lab does not work
from rss-proxy.

- Craigslist is fixed. They block calls from nodejs directly (no idea how they do it), via puppeteer it works.
- JSON output is documented
- proxy endpoint for static markup is removed

Markups with splitted context like HN or arvix.org, there is an xpath option to represent it in one xpath https://stackoverflow.com/a/16584668/807017 . See #23
