I currently have a branch admin-console, where I have just started looking at building an admin front end for managing a workflow server. My plan is to use Angular 5 which will be transpiled and embedded into a .NET assembly, which can then be installed via NuGet and hosted in any ASP.NET Core application. I have just started and only created a scaffold in src/admin-console

I think a workflow designer front end should be a separate project though... which one interests you the most?

I will also need to do some work on the API project to enable this.

Must used already working library! vuejs,angular, or react in this perspective is just crud lirabries!

Look at https://www.draw.io/ is fully functional! But must be adopted to buisiness requrments !

I thinkbthe basic requirements are to design a simple state diagram and save into json file and pull it to the engine.

As I said in #65 .. I can create a frontend angular5 application to manage administration.
view according to the referenced applications the various states of workflows.
Design the new workflows according to the functions available in the backend.

First for all to make gui work, we must implement rest api.
After all we could do js client!
I could create spa client on vuejs, its very simple !

But to do workflow designer its not so simple!

@Diaskhan I see the links but I think that we need to start with a more simple object. They are very big piece of software and the open is only draw but java based. I'll made some check and finding.

Dear commiters ! For sure is needable thing !
But there have many datastore to store state of workfow ! Maybe the api of state must universal and independent on cutom rdbms ? Need to develop api that could get state of workflow, not depended on custom rdbms+

Wanted to chime in 🤗 , Here is an open source sample & the workflow objects, the issue there is that the maintainer does a bait and switch where you have to pay $$$

@Diaskhan @biapar any chance you can give us plain JS or Jquery, since we need it to work on ASP MVC
@danielgerlag to the main use cases, can we add timedout/hung, archived/rehydrate for long running.
