qarray_gridengine: allows you to (in a roundabout way) set the number of array tasks within an array job script, rather than having to do it externally (yuck) or manually (double yuck) .

reusable_slurm_pipeline

Pipeline mostly in shell where a series of files (e.g. paired NGS reads) are put through a number of SLURM submission scripts (which can do whatever you like) ; lists record which files have succesfully completed which steps and only runs those yet to be completed.
