looks like you're on a roll with these feature requests! - keep them coming, it's good to know what people are wanting out of the plugin! :-)

These requests came up while I was migrating one of our 26 Moodle systems
from Moodle 1.9 to 2.4 and saw 780 courses using this plugin.
So... yes people are using :-)

I will try and fix them myself. And let you know how I progress about it.

I'm closing this one as "won't fix" as we now float the users name so you can now better see which user a row is associated with - let me know if you think we still need to do something like this though and we can re-open.
