Bisa dilihat disini https://developers.facebook.com/ cari saja APP ID untuk facebook comments, dan kamu harus membuat nya dulu, nanti dashboard/moderator komentar dari FB kamu itu :)

edit:
udah bikin app, terus udah dapet appid. udah diisi ke file config.ini.
ngetes komentar ke blog pake facebook. tapi ga ada untuk moderasi komentar.
terus gmn?bingung

@masrosid coba ubah setting disini https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments set saja kalau kamu moderatornya dll.
Ingat, klik settings pada sebelah kanan.

sudah saya setting moderator ke akun FB saya.
terus saya coba lagi buat komentar di blog, pake id fb lain. tetep aja ga ada/kelihatan di sana.
di public comments ga ada, di moderator view juga ga ada. apakah ada sesuatu yg belum sy lakukan?
fb.appid di isi dgn appid yg diperoleh pake create new app di atas kan?
trus ga perlu ngubah2 kode di blog kan?

Bikin new app, setting to public, bisa langsung digunakan appID nya, kalau mau private harus ada review dulu deh :)
