Add ability to upload contracts for employees about hermes HOT 8 CLOSED

Added new DB table to models.py and prepared alembic upgrade.

need to create UI for the following pages:

• employee-add | has ability to view, upload and edit and delete employee contract
• employee-edit | has ability to view, upload and edit and delete employee contract
• employee-detail | has ability to view employee contract

code needs to be create for the following functions

• add employee contract
• edit employee contract
• delete employee contract
• display employee contract by employee

The following functions have been created in router employee

• add employee contract

However the delete function will not be created. Instead notes can be used when a mistaken contract is uploaded.

An extra warning needs to be in place before saving to ensure the user to double check.
