Just to be clear, that MOOC is based on "An Introduction to Statistical Learning, with Applications in R" (http://www-bcf.usc.edu/~gareth/ISL/), which is a more "introductory" version of Elements of Statistical Learning. Both the MOOC and the book (in the website above) should be added.

The slides are a good summary of the book, but don't add enough meaningful guidance to the material. Anything out there that does?

It's great that they provide the intro version of ESLII here (http://www-bcf.usc.edu/~gareth/ISL/ISLR%20First%20Printing.pdf), I'm adding that.

I include the best of the most comprehensive resources for every topic, keep submitting pull requests if you find better resources than those listed! This list is curated by the community, but it's most meaningful when inclusive only of the best resources.

@clarecorthell Hastie and Tibshirani provide video lectures, quizzes, and R tutorials for the MOOC. However, the website claims that enrollment to the MOOC will stop at the assignment deadline (March 21). Do you think it is worth posting?
