This issue is now resolved in libopenapi however, it still isn't resolved in vacuum yet, as a new configuration element is required for it to work correctly, a 'base URL'.
This upgrade will happen soon; we're preparing for another run on feature development within vacuum soon.

In v0.0.54 this capability has been exposed via a new global flag -p or --base
This allows a base URL or a base path to a working directory. Full docs are here:
