The problem is here: extends: [https://raw.githubusercontent.com/baloise-incubator/spectral-ruleset/1.1.2/zalando.yml,
This feature is not supported by vacuum. The rulesets cannot be extended like this yet.

There are other errors, like regexp escape character, "given" patterns, etc.
I could copy zalando's ruleset locally, but it uses JavaScript functions so I bet I'd have to convert them

Hi, yes there are a few differences, vacuum does not support all the same JSON paths (vacuum uses a much more standard JSON Path syntax) and uses a very different engine underneath to power it. There is no JavaScript function support either as vacuum is not a JavaScript application.
