Thanks @BasanthVerma, so glad you like it! I'll put in a fix now for this, however if you need a quick patch you can use the following css:

.typeset pre {
    white-space: pre;
    overflow: scroll;
}

@BasanthVerma great stuff! I'd recommend adding this to a style file if you can. You may have created your own _settings.scss file, in which case you can add the css to that file without polluting your content files or most of the theme files.
