能否提供一下所访问的地址的ip?
这些ip数据是通过apnic.net获取的, 
按理说不会出现tw地区也被包含的情况, 
因为tw和cn是区分开来的.
不过也有可能是pre_created_for_win里边的内容比较旧(那是两个月
前的), 部分属于tw的ip被重新分配到大陆了.
你试着自己用生成脚本更新一下看看. 
我想以后我会每个月更新一次这个预生成的数据.
