The code is proper or else I wouldn't get the TextOverlay. That error occurs many of the times like if I try to use the API 5 times in around 1 minute then it works for the 1st time only and for the others it gives me that error.
I also get this error sometimes:
TypeError: Cannot destructure property 'ParsedResults' of '(intermediate value)' as it is undefined.

This repo is just a wrapper for the OCR Space APIs, furthermore it's unofficial. I cannot do anything about the real APIs.
The response of the APIs (the source of your problem) depends on OCR Space APIs, not on this repo, so I cant do anything about it. Try to contact OCR Space directly or post in their forum. Anyway they will need your code and the file you are trying to convert.
