Add the new stories/chapters about tracks-in-kartrider-rush-story-mode HOT 3 CLOSED

Some extra info: while the new stories are mostly the same game modes, some of the chapters are instead some other external tasks such as visit other player's homes x amount of times, play multiplayer races, etc.

Probably list all of those under one new category/mode?

Does each of those external tasks, for example play multiplayer races, appear more than once across different chapters? If not, I think perhaps describing it directly at the end of each item would be more appropriate. For the new layout, maybe we could change like this:

## Future Factory
### Chapter 1

- 1-2
- ...
- Bonus

Each of the tasks are repeated within the chapter, earning your 2nd and 3rd star for repeating the task. I don't think I've seen any of the tasks repeated across different chapters, but I think it is likely to happen at some point (many more Seasons to come).
