Computational time with own code about yolact HOT 4 CLOSED

This is because Pytorch sets up the graph the first time you call the network, and I do some initialization work like setting up the anchors and tracing the backbone (thus the first iteration takes like 2 seconds). Before your test, run net on some blank input the same size as batch to initialize it, then do the timing.

I also recommend testing multiple images and averaging out the results to get a more accurate timing (in our figures, we used an average over 400 images).
