Agreed, for now you can achieve this by using a renderlet on a specific
chart. Obviously the downside is its attached to a specific chart :) Will
work on a way to pass in a callback on the renderAll function.

Fixed on 0.9 branch. Now you can add global dc.renderlet(function(){...}); to inject custom logic after dc handling both renderAll and redrawAll calls.
