Hi, here’s a bit about Gotta Bounce. I’m using LDTK from the start and I’m still finding ways to make my work easier. I’m working with Playdate, so I started with the importer made by Nic Magnier and then moved to working directly with the JSON.

Description

Gotta Bounce is a crank-controlled side-scroller for the Playdate. Without ever stopping their bounce, the mysterious protagonist goes through levels, shooting through obstacles and trying to understand the world — in part thanks to being able to send the world text messages and music recommendations. Releasing after a delay in early 2024.
