I was shocked in another Xcode test that my old mbp can do better than an MacBook Pro 16" 2019 base model. So I came here to testify it. But in this test the result is the same.
The only curious thing I have done is that I installed the newest Intel Power Gadget for CPU monitor(PGC below), and that day the app update ext driver files and the istate menu failed to read cpu freqency until reboot. My conclusion is that the intel PGC give some advantage performance like macOS 11?
I will continue testify this after I install the macOS 11
