Does not work with space in the option flag. So the bug is still current and need source editing.

I haven't made it configurable yet, but I've added "-target 1.5".

Thanks for the note, I've added it to Testing/CMakeLists.txt and have made the source and target versions into configurable values:

VTK_JAVA_SOURCE_VERSION (default: 1.5)
VTK_JAVA_TARGET_VERSION (default: 1.5)
