Fixed in 0.9.1
Each panel remembers 256 'lines' of scroll back, so it can restore previous messages to the display widget when switching tabs. Unfortunately the ''/clear command was only clearing the display widget and not the saved scroll back. This meant it would restore the saved scroll back to the display wdget whenever tabs were switched.
