Support email for account registration about acme-tiny HOT 4 CLOSED

While I like the idea, I feel like if you want additional features like this, it's probably best to use another client that supports email registration.

@diafygi Fair enough, but consider this: as far as I can tell, at the moment Let's Encrypt doesn't let you change the email address after you set up the account; in the future it might be possible to change the email address of an account, but I imagine that prior email address would be needed for confirmation.

At the moment, when an user wants to start using Let's Encrypt service with acme_tiny script, they will register accounts without an email address. This might lead to possible loss of an account if the account key is lost.

As with most cryptographically secure systems, loss of the private key means loss of access. People who know what CSRs (and thus know how to use this script) are should understand this.
