So you add the ga() function to log the first page view as well.
I'm not a GA user, but looks like it should work ok.

I do not have this problem. What browser are you using?

In my tests, the change event is called on initial page load too. The Google Analytics code must be called before InstantClick.init (I guess I should make that clearer in the docs).
