Bot seems to stop working when running on Linux about deejay HOT 7 CLOSED

As for the exact warnings in the console:

That seems to me like Discord is for some reason blocking the connection to your VPS.
Can you try changing the voice region for the server? Otherwise, I guess you could try contacting them directly at [email protected]

The weird thing is that it only blocks out the voice, not the normal messages. Or is that just normal behaviour when it's blocked? It's a rented box so it could possibly be blocked, who knows.

Yeah, it's quite possible that they've blocked connection to the voice channels due to previous abuse from someone using that service in the past. Always worth sending them an email.
