Hi, I'm Dipankar and currently I am a Technical Advocate at Dremio where my primary focus is advocating data consumers(Analysts/Scientists/Engineers) on Dremio’s open lakehouse platform and various open-sourced project such as Apache Iceberg, Arrow & Project Nessie that helps engineering & research teams scale analytics. Most recently, I led the R&D Advocacy team at Qlik where I worked on key developer strategies & educated the worldwide developer community in the areas of Machine Learning/Visualization. I am also interested in Visual Analytics research & my latest work was on "Explainability of ensemble models" using multidimensional projection techniques.

My past roles had a focus on Data Visualization & Predictive modelling and the ability to connect both to bring out interesting insights.
